The Louis Armstrong House Museum has enjoyed remarkable growth since our inception. Louis and Lucille's home, a National Historic Landmark and NYC Landmark, welcomes visitors six days per week, twelve months per year. And, what was once a stack of seventy-two shipping cartons of "Satchmo's stuff" has grown to become the world's largest archives for any jazz musician. Our public programs include children's concerts, jazz concerts, exhibits, scholarly lectures and book signings and we host receptions for visiting dignitaries all keeping the legacy for Louis Armstrong alive in his Corona home.
