COMMUNITY
The Museum works to honor the neighborhood roots of Louis Armstrong by engaging directly with the local and broader Queens community. It provides programs around housing, oral history, incarceration-reentry, social justice, community outreach, and inter-generational memory, offering a space for dialogue and connection.
