Thank you for celebrating with us!

This week’s CIG Celebration was nothing short of inspiring for all of us at the Louis Armstrong House Museum. Together, we created a moment of gratitude, reflection, and a whole lot of Louis-style joy… and we are so grateful you are here to share it with us.

We were thrilled to welcome an extraordinary lineup of speakers whose words filled the room with vision, heart, and momentum. Our deepest thanks to our Executive Director Regina Bain, Board Chair Jay Hershenson, Commissioner Laurie Cumbo, Queens Borough President Donovan Richards, District Attorney Melinda Katz, Assemblyperson Larinda Hooks, Queens College President Frank Wu, and former Assemblymember and Speaker Pro Tempore, Jeff Aubry for lending their voices and filling the room with great energy!

Your presence, side by side with partners, neighbors, supporters, and friends, reminded us why this community is so powerful. When we gather, we celebrate progress and we create it.
